I combine deep work with people, conscious touch, and systemic approaches that lead to real change. I believe that conscious touch can nourish what we often lack and what we unconsciously seek in others. If conducted sensitively and with respect, it can work very quickly and effectively, sometimes surprisingly.

An important part of my work is supporting inner vitality and "glow" that naturally emerges when a person begins to fill themselves with self-acceptance, attention, and respect for who they are.

When we can awaken the quality that the body needs, we begin to connect more with ourselves. Greater authenticity, inner lightness and natural life energy appear. In this state, our relationship to our surroundings also changes. We perceive others more sensitively, contact deepens and the world around us acquires a new quality, more presence, peace, liveliness and love.
