Erin about the massage:

I believe that the body is an integral part of our experience. Every experience, emotion, and period of increased tension is written into it in a certain way. Therefore, for me, massage represents a natural way to support a person's contact with themselves - or to deepen it further.

Touch is one of our first languages. Even before we learned to speak, it was through it that we felt safety, closeness, and acceptance. Even in adulthood, it remains a natural human need and can lead us to greater sensitivity, fuller presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves.

Každou masáž vnímám jako jedinečné setkání, které vychází z toho, s čím právě přicházíte. Důležitá je pro mě plná přítomnost, respekt k Vašemu tempu a citlivý přístup. V atmosféře důvěry a přijetí vzniká prostor, ve kterém můžete být sami sebou a vnímat to, co je pro Vás v danou chvíli důležité. Právě v takovém prostoru může přirozeně vzniknout hlubší kontakt se sebou samým.
